Grounding Intermediate Class
Strengthen and refine your practice in this intermediate-level Iyengar Yoga class held live online every Tuesday from 7:45 to 9:00 a.m. in English. Designed to settle and progress in asana and pranayama practice (Iyengar Levels 1 and 2 syllabus), in this class you will develop greater sensitivity and understanding of your embodiment, stabilize mind and regulate emotions, enhance energy, clarity, and a sense of wellbeing in daily life

Designed for students who already practice regularly, the class focuses on building endurance, deepening understanding of asana and pranayama, and developing greater sensitivity and stability in body and mind.
What to expect?
Settle and progress in your asana and pranayama practice (Levels 1–2)
Develop greater sensitivity and understanding of your embodied experience
Stabilize the mind and regulate emotions
Enhance energy, clarity, and a sense of wellbeing in daily life
Learning environment
You will join a real-time class that includes both students in the studio and participants at home, creating a shared learning environment with direct guidance from the teacher.
Recordings
The session is recorded and available for 48 hours, allowing you to review and repeat the practice at your own pace.
